Dear PeckShield Team,
This is to notify you (PeckShield) that you must cease and desist from the defamation of character and reputation of TiFi L.L.C. We are aware of the malicious information released by your platform in an attempt to tarnish and destroy TiFi L.L.C., a fully registered company in California, after fulfilling the requirements under California law for a business to be recognized as a legal entity.
It is unlawful to make a deliberate statement directly or indirectly to harm a corporation’s reputation.
In this regard, TiFi L.L.C. requests a withdrawal of the tweet made from the Twitter account of PeckShield with a @PeckShieldAlert, alongside a formal public apology from you, and also demands that you immediately cease and desist all further attempts to defame TiFi L.L.C.
Refusal to heed the demands of TiFi L.L.C. to cease and desist will oblige TiFi L.L.C. to commence a defamation of character lawsuit against you.
Be aware that this shall serve as a pre-suit letter; hence, it demands you reply with a written assurance receipt in regards to this letter that you will cease and desist from construing any further nuisance that can defame the name of TiFi L.L.C.
Another reminder is that refusal to comply with this cease and desist letter immediately; then a lawsuit will be filed in the proper jurisdiction. TiFi L.L.C. lawsuit will not be limited to monetary damages only; every other available legal redress will be considered for your defamation.
